Some products may accidentally over-sell and we are unable to fulfill the order. In this case you will be contacted via the email on order and offered alternative products or a refund. 

We aim to process and pack orders in a timely manner however there may be some delays due to a large volume of orders. We kindly ask that you anticipate some orders to take additional time to process and pack- therefore our free upgrade to express postage on delayed packing will no longer be offered.
