• All sales are final & especially custom made to order items - unfortunately we are unable to accept change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges..
• Please choose carefully before checkout is complete.

FAULTS & RETURNS

• All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care.
• Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products
• If there is a fault with your product please contact us within 5 days of receiving to advise us.
• We may organise an exchange or store credit note only.
• If approved exchange is of same product /style only on faulty products
• The product will undergo inspection upon return to us the for approval of the exchange
• Buyer is responsible for postage on returns and re-sending.
